“Walking in your Wonderful Light” is a new song recently recorded by poet Donnette and producer Teddy Hayes. This song is unique in that it reflects what the artists call “the school of positive thinking”
Books by positive thinking gurus such as Norman Vincent Peale, Maxwell Maltz and motivational speaker Les Brown are among those that I continually read and re-read. We felt we wanted to create a song that touched people in a very personal way. And we wanted to especially focus on those issues that affect women in today’s society. We felt that so many of the pre- fabricated images of beauty being thrown at women via the media causes confusion and can promote the loss self esteem to those women who buy into the media sales pitch.”says Teddy Hayes.
“ Wonderful Light is an attempt to have women focus on the beauty in themselves and not look to outside influences to reflect their beauty and self worth” says Donnette.
